Electronic medical record as a modern way of formalizing social risk

Abstract

The article is devoted to such an important aspect of managing social risks, as their formalization. The reason of social security must be fixed at the regulatory level - in the Federal laws and laws of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, which means the recognition of government commitments in this area. At the level of individual regulation the occurrence of social risks should be reflected in electronic or paper media, and serve as proof of the existence of the grounds of material relations in the provision of pensions, allowances, social services.

For example, the social risk of temporary disability, the author examines such topical way of formalizing the reason of providing both benefits from the mandatory social insurance and free medical care as electronic medical records. It is the repository of medical information intended for management, storage, retrieval and issuing various requests (including email) information on all cases of patient care. The author analyzes the positive side of this process and potential problems in protecting and providing information, the complexity of working with the map, the attitude of citizens and their possible activity in terms of reviewing the data entered in the electronic medical record.
