Mass media: the concept in the context of information security

Abstract

In the article the term “media” is defined in the context of information security. The necessity of reading modern legal concepts with regard to their importance in the interdisciplinary communication, which allows more fully disclose its contents for a different approaches to the concept; to find the common features that define the scope of regulation and appropriate methods of legal impact. It is argued that the concept of the “media” is actively showing its ability to change its content depends on social practices, without changing its sign’s notation.
