Problem of information security of the personality in the mechanism of interaction of the state and information society

Abstract

The author argues on problems of formation of information society in Russia and focuses attention on a problem of relationship of the personality and the state. The author focuses attention on a problem of relationship of the personality and the state, state and information society. In article the main problems and contradictions of modern information society are characterized. As a result the author proves the concept of a dialektichnost of modern information society, its discrepancy “most in himself”. Harakteriny lines of modern information society are called. It is its inertness, susceptibility to numerous risks, threats. In article the attention is focused on problem “points”: a problem of identification of subjects of the information relations, mistrust from representatives of information society to processes of introduction of the electronic government, providing the state and municipal services in electronic form; congestion of information streams information harmful, forbidden, misinformations, a problem of reliability of information, mistrust to the received, consumed information. A limiting factor for further development of information society is lack of accurate strategy of ensuring information security of the personality. Possible decisions it is formation of legal, organizational and technical guarantees of observance of the information rights and freedoms of subjects of the information relations and the full information legislation.
