Requirements for the preparation of manuscripts
General recommendations
The article should not exceed 40 thousand characters, including spaces, and can not be less than 8 pages. The article is typed in a text editor of Microsoft Word in * .rtf format with the Times New Roman font, 14 points in one and a half space. Indent of the red line: 1.25 cm in the text, in the notes (endnotes) indents and no lines are put. The exact number of characters can be determined through the menu of Microsoft Word text editor (Tools - Statistics - Include all footnotes).
Page numbers are not inserted, headers and footers are not used. Page parameters: right margin - 2 cm, left - 2 cm, upper - 2 cm, lower - 2 cm. Paragraph alignment - in width. The indent of the first line of the paragraph is 1.25 cm. You should turn on the automatic word wrap mode.
At the beginning of the article are placed: UDC, the initials and surname of the author (authors), the title of the article, the abstract in Russian of not less than 500 characters or 10 lines, below a separate line - keywords. Keywords are given in the nominative case in the amount of 5-7 words. The initials and surname of the author (s) are duplicated by transliteration. The title of the article, abstract, keywords should be translated into English.
Be sure to fill out: At the end of the article (in one file) information about the author (s) is placed in Russian - the full name, patronymic, last name, then academic degree, academic title, position, department, university (or organization where the author works ); The business address of the university or organization (complete - including the name of the city and country - address information along with the postal code, indicate the correct full name of the organization, preferably its officially accepted English version), the email address of the author. This information about the author must be translated into English.
At the end of the article, before the data about the author should be the inscription "Article is published for the first time," put the date and the signature of the author (authors) with a pen. When sending an article by e-mail, the author's signature is scanned in black and white, saved in the format * .tif or * .jpg and inserted into the document. (Or, the last page of the article with the signature is scanned and sent by e-mail in a separate file).
The literature cited in the article is given as a list at the end of the text. The text in square brackets refers to the serial number of the list (GOST P 7.0.5.-2008.). References are compiled in the order of citation in the work, all of these sources are numbered. References to all the above sources must necessarily be present in the text of the article. In the links, source numbers are separated by a non-breaking space (Ctrl + Shift + Space). When specifying a continuous number of sources, a dash is put between the first and the last, for example, [12, 15], [9–16, 18, 20–29].
In addition, a list of references is made in Latin - under the heading “References”. To do this, you must use http://translit.net/ in the BGN system (Registration rules are listed below).
Author's notes (not used by the literature or a reference to the source) are placed in paginal footnotes, with the reference in the text of the article reference ordinal superscript number (Format - Font - Superscript) (for example, 1). A comma, a semicolon, a colon and a period are placed after the footnote to show that the footnote refers to a word or group of words, for example: by a claim of the owner1. A question, exclamation mark, ellipsis and quotation marks are put before the footnote sign to show that the footnote applies to the whole sentence, for example: ... all these provisions are enshrined in the Federal Law "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection" 1.
The rules of the article
Main text. Numbered and unnumbered lists in the main text are indented by 1 cm. Quotation marks like "" are used everywhere. The letter "e" is not used, instead it is used "e". Dash (Alt + 0150), (Ctrl + "minus on the small keyboard") is used when specifying ranges (p. 15–22, XX – XXI centuries), several people (the Bio – Savard – Laplace law). The hyphen is put in compound words, such as after all, low-pass filter, engineering-technical, blue-green, Golenishchev-Kutuzov (last name of one person), in the names of objects (B-2 bomber, installation XSH-500), and in the forms of the i-th, j-th, 3rd, 5th, 1st. It is allowed to use abbreviations, etc., etc., etc., etc., ie; use because can not. Initials and surname are separated by a non-breaking space (Ctrl + Shift + Space): A.V. Smirnov.
Formulas, special characters, numbers, units. The formula is aligned to the right, followed by a number in parentheses. Only formulas referenced in the text are numbered. Through numbering is applied, i.e. formulas are numbered from the beginning to the end of the article. Formulas are numbered in Arabic numerals 1, 2, etc. There is no space between the formula and the number. The formula should logically end with the signs ";", ",", ".". Formulas are executed in the formula editor in the event that they can not be typed from the keyboard using the Symbol font (by inserting a character), superscript and subscript characters. Small formulas (up to 2 lines in height) can be placed in a line of text. Formulas included in the text line should be typed, if possible, without increasing the interval between the lines (for example, a3 / sign (b), exp (s0x / | r |)). As a minus sign in arithmetic expressions, a dash "-" is used (for example, 15x - 7), typed from the keyboard as (Alt + 0150), or (Ctrl + "minus on the small keyboard"). In the text, in the formulas, in the tables, in the figures, the size and shape of the same characters must be the same.
In the formula editor should be installed: in the menu Size - Define font size (Full) - 14pt; superscript / subscript size (Subscript / Superscript) - 71% of the main font; size of secondary indices (Sub-Subscript / Superscript) - 58%. Setting the size is carried out only in the menu Size - Define. It is not allowed to force the setting of the font sizes of individual formula elements (using the Size - Other command or giving Size - Symbol size to individual elements).
There must be an unbreakable space between the number and the unit of measurement (Ctrl + Shift + Space). The decimal separator is a comma. When specifying an integer with the number of digits greater than 5, an unbreakable space separates from the end three lower order bits; it is desirable to use a power form with a base of 10 for such numbers, or the letter designation of the unit of measurement (for example, 10,000, 200,000, 35,000,000, 3.5 × 1010, 35 billion). After a million, billion, trillion point is not set. After months, thousand, g, yy, a dot is set (for example, 100 million tons, 100,000 thousand tons, 1996–2006). In complex units of measurement, signs “×” and “/”, negative degrees are used. The degree sign "°" (but not ° C) is not separated by a space. For example: 6.5 × 104 N × cm, 0.5 rad / s, 8.5 mol-1, 15 ° –22 °, –20 ° C, 273–300 K, 760 mm Hg. Art. Dimensions of variables are written separated by a comma, dimensions of variables under the sign of the function - in square brackets (B, T; sin (t) [c]).
Numbers, functions, sum signs (S), works (P), special characters (, $, ", etc.), chemical elements, brackets, Greek and Russian letters are typed in direct non-bold type. Latin letters are written in italics, except for a) the previous cases; b) a fragment of the text in Latin; c) a Latin letter indicates a vector or a matrix. Vectors and matrices are always bold, without italics. Examples: dx, mod (h), e – t / g, exp (sin (wt )), 199Hg +, R º | R | = const, W (p) = W (jw) - transfer function (scalar); W (p) - transfer matrix; An´nBn´n = (BTAT) T - matrix product .
Tables Tables are numbered and have names. The number of the table and its name are typed in bold, aligned to the right. The table borders, dividing lines, pointers, axes and lines in graphs and figures must be at least 0.5 pt thick and have a black color. Difficult demarcation lines (double, hatched, etc.) are not allowed. Tables can be provided in a separate file format doc.
Drawings. Raster drawings are provided with a resolution of at least 300 dpi. The number of the picture and its name are typed in bold under the picture, aligned to the center. All pictures should be referenced in the text of the article. Figures can be inserted into the text of the article, or provided in a separate file format doc.
